Hey to all. I want to post a new topic here in this forum and I hope that it will be interesting for you.So I want to know, what is the equivalent of "Hello" when pick up the phone in different countries... In China we say "Wei?" I also know how it is in Japan - "Mushi Mushi"

So be so kind to share your phone answering in your home countries. :)

That's a good topic. I don't think that it would be interesting to mention that we say Hello in England, but for terminating the call we say cheers, or may be ciao. We tend to no longer use bye. :D
